Luxury Holidays in North Wales

Here at Garreg Goch we like to offer something a little different to the norm of holidaying. Our Designer Studio Suite Mk1 features ingeniously compact living, modern style and an enviable luxury. Capable of comfortably sleeping four people thanks to a clever raised bunk area, this innovative holiday unit fuses an open-plan feel with an efficient footprint.

The Designer Studio Suite Mk1 has a peaked roof with a vaulted ceiling.  This allows for a mezzanine floor with twin beds, which are accessed via a ladder*.  

The fully glazed front and 10ft internal height create a loft-like feel and leads seamlessly onto a veranda with a private hot tub that’s perfect for al fresco dining, evening drinks or simply enjoying the fresh air.

*It is recommended that children under the age of 6 do not use the mezzanine step ladder.

Open Plan Living Area

In the open plan living area a large fixed L-shape sofa with scatter cushions offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Meanwhile, pendant lights with Edison bulbs create a cosy atmosphere, ideal for enjoying movie nights together with the dedicated wall-mounted TV.

In the kitchen, you’ll find sleek solid kitchen doors in light grey, complemented by copper finish handles and taps, a statement tile-effect splash-back and under-cupboard LED lighting. Space for the chef is optimal with a long worktop surface, while quality appliances including an integrated microwave and under-counter fridge with freezer box, four-burner gas hob with extractor fan and domestic style sink bowl with drainer provide everything you need for preparing family meals together.

Family Time at Garreg Goch

At night, the space transforms for sleeping via a wall-mounted pull-down double bed. Above the dining area is an upper bunk level which can be made up into double or twin beds, featuring an access ladder, two 230V sockets, USB points and rear ventilation windows.

The generous washroom includes a large shower enclosure, heated electric towel radiator, contemporary dual flush WC, vanity cupboard with sink, shaver socket and extractor fan – perfect for freshening up ahead of the next adventure.

You can also stay comfortable whatever the weather with cosy warmth and an electric towel radiator and a water heater making a holiday in the Suite luxurious at any time of the year.

Check in is from 4pm. Please report to reception on your arrival to Garreg Goch holiday park. One of our friendly team will be there to greet you and direct you to your holiday accommodation.

Yes! The Designer Studio Suite is a luxury accommodation and features a hot tub on your private decking. Enjoy relaxing evenings under the stars!

Routine cleaning checks are made between guests and we always aim for the hot tub to be ready for use the evening of your arrival day.

Sorry, this accommodation is not dog friendly.

Yes, you can hire a travel cot and highchair. The price is £7 each per stay.

Yes, we provide bed linen for all occupants.

We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest. We recommend bringing extra if you intend on using the hot tub.

Yes, the Designer Studio Suite has a well equipped kitchenette with everything you’ll need to self-cater during your stay.

We don't supply an iron or ironing board to this accommodation. Please come and ask us in Reception if you require these during your stay.

Yes, this Suite has plinth heaters to keep you warm during your stay.

Our Designer Studio Suite Mk 1 is part of our ‘Hire to Buy’ scheme, which means it is available to purchase as a holiday home. Turn your short term stay with us into your long term reality by becoming a home owner at Garreg Goch Caravan Park.

If you decide to go ahead with the purchase after your stay we will deduct the cost of your holiday from the total sales price!

We have welcomed a new style of glamping accommodation to our range, the Shepherds Hut. This cosy set up is perfect for a couple looking to spend some time together. Inside there is a double bed with storage underneath, cottage style finishes with the sink and taps, and a warming log fire for cooler seasons. Outside you will find a private decking which features a hot tub and outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the later hours of the afternoon as the sun goes down.

After the success of our first Designer Studio Suite, we have continued to lean into this new style of holidaying by introducing two more. Perfect for a family of four, these Suites are at the forefront of ingenious compact living design with contemporary style and a level of luxury which will make your stay a real treat. The design features a peaked roof which creates a mezzanine level accommodating twin beds (they can be configured as a double if required). From the open plan raised bunk the natural light flows in through the large apex windows. Enjoy relaxing in the open plan living area before heading out to enjoy Porthmadog and other delights along the North Wales coast. There is a double bedroom downstairs with sliding doors for privacy.
